This thesis deals with a design of an electrical drive for a sliding side door. Goal of the thesis is to design of a frequency converter for an asynchronous motor with a gearbox. In the first part, the power supply for the freqency converter is solved in form of a single phase rectifier. Power section is solved by an integrated module IKC10H60GA manofactured by Infineon. The control board is provided with circuits for communication between the processor and the power section. Auxiliary power supply is designed as a fly - back converter. The drive of the converter is realized by STM32 Nucleo - 64 board. The design of the converter and drive algorithm are described in detail.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a single-acting switching power supply for a laboratory equipment. The required parameters of the source are input voltage 230 V and frequency 50 Hz, output DC voltage 15 V, and output current at least 1.5 A. The introduction of this thesis briefly describes the operation of flyback converters. The next part is focused on the design of the high-frequency transformer and the main power part. The work continues with the designing of power components and heatsinks. The following part is the design of the control part, which will use an integrated circuit from the UC384x family, and the construction of the power supply. The conclusion of the thesis focuses on the source debugging and verification measurements.
Controllable switching power supply 0-1000 V / 100 W
Hofmann, Oldřich ; Procházka, Petr (referee) ; Martiš, Jan (advisor)
The thesis deals with the design and construction of a switching power supply with output voltage adjustable from 0 to 1200 V and rated power of 120 W, which will be used to replace the existing high voltage power supply for the irreversible electroporation (IRE) device developed at UVEE FEEC BUT. The thesis focuses on a basic description of the IRE device, a description of usable converter topologies and a selection of the best topology for the required purpose. The selection of the control circuit concept and its design are also integral parts of the thesis. The final part of the thesis contains the assembly of the power supply and the measurement verifying its function.
DC/DC converter 24 V / 320 V / 60 W for a back-up supply source with a galvanic separation
Dvořák, Petr ; Martiš, Jan (referee) ; Vorel, Pavel (advisor)
This bachelor‘s thesis deals with the design, dimensioning and realization of a DC/DC 24 V / 320 V converter with a output power of 60 W. In the first part there is a short description of the linear stabilizer and then the switching sources with their dismemberment. Based on that chapter, was selected the flyback converter. The second part deals with components design and description of the control circuit. At the end, the construction of the converter with the verification measurement records is shown.
Usage of High Power Inverters in High Voltage Sources
Zemánek, Miroslav ; Janča, Jan (referee) ; Boušek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Patočka, Miroslav (advisor)
This work is concerned with power inverters for alternate high voltage power sources. The theoretical part describes the topology of inverters that can be used in alternate power sources. A model of voltage transformer is described in details to better understand the parasitic effects that are inevitably present in high voltage power sources and, therefore, have to be taken into consideration at the design of high voltage power sources. The work is oriented to problems of alternate high voltage power sources for ozone generators. This is the reason, why the theoretical and, partially, also the experimental part deal with the properties of ozone and its use. The experimental part solves high voltage inverter with capacitive load that is formed by discharge element of an ozone generator. Designed inverter is able to feed the capacitive load with high voltage at very short periods of time from several microseconds up to tens of nanoseconds. In comparison with the length of voltage pulses in common ozone generators, this pulses are more than 100-time shorter. This has a positive effect to silent discharge characteristics.
Electronic ballast for power LEDs
Vágner, Richard ; Martiš, Jan (referee) ; Červinka, Dalibor (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with design of power LED driver. This driver contains electronic ballast circuits, converters, filters and control circuits. Overviews of circuits used in practice are listed along with analysis of power LED and considering options for selecting an appropriate design solution. Principles of creating the device, structure and problems of current source are described in thesis. Including detailed overview of converters, ballasts and topologies used in lighting systems with the selection of a suitable solution for the final device with an output power of 50 W. The thesis includes cooling dimensioning for selected power LEDs, input circuit with EMI filter, bridge rectifier, boost converter and flyback converter with pulse transformer.
Step-up switched power source
Flyback power supply from the mains
Polián, Josef ; Kadlec, Josef (referee) ; Huták, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of switching power supplies. The aim is to design regulated switching power supply that will be powered from the mains. The first part focuses on theoretical knowledge of the switching power supply and describes circuits of TOPSwitch. Another part is the actual design of all circuits. The last part is the actual implementation of switched mode power supply and measurement that verifies its functionality and features.
Li-ion accumulators charger
Vrba, Marek ; Zatloukal, Miroslav (referee) ; Garcia, Juan Bautista Arroyo (advisor)
The main target of this thesis is to design and realize a prototype of a high capacity battery charger. The charger has been designed as a switching power supply based on a Flyback convertor with two transistors. As switching transistors the integrated circuit IR2110 has been selected. The convertor is controlled by a microcontroller board based on ATMega328 called Arduino Uno; some parts of the Arduino Uno Starter Kit are also used as LCD display, relay and button. In addition, an auxiliary source has been made; this one powers the integration circuit IR2110 and Arduino Uno board. Furthermore, this work introduces us to the processes of charging lithium batteries, types of lithium batteries and methods of charging the lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery.
